6 September 2015: Not great at all. Tangled, cut, dry hair. Ground-in dirt.

I bought this Shady because she kept popping up on the front page of my eBay. I felt so sorry for her that nobody was buying her, and I do love my vibrant ponies. Unfortunately, I’ve done nothing with her yet.

Update May 2016: After a lot of fighting with a scalpel (which resulted in me cutting my finger), I managed to get her head off quite neatly. The poor girl was absolutely filled with rust … to the point where the stains had seeped into her body. I chopped off all her hair, and gave her three oxy baths, and now she’s waiting for me to re-hair her. I think she’s happier now.

Update March 2019: After much deliberation, I sent her to Germany, where she is being rebuilt into the beauty she deserves. I don’t want to spoil the surprise … heck, I don’t even know what she will look like … but I’m very excited.

Update June 2019: She returned from Germany as Reverse Strawberry Fair. I feel like she needed to be something special. I felt so sorry for the poor condition that she was in, and now she’s a unique and beautiful girl who is part of my Strawberry Fair Army.
